Import FHIR data to Healthlake Datastore

Note

Pre-initialized Healthlake is available to the user in Amorphic. Please make use of it for this workshop.

  • Follow the steps mentioned below to create an import job in Healthlake and process the raw FHIR data with Healthlake
  • Total time taken for this task: 5 Minutes.
  • Pre-requisites: Create Input Dataset.

Import Job​

  • Navigate to Healthlake
  • Switch to IMPORT JOBS tab.

HL Details

  • Click on ➕ New Job button at the top right corner to create a new data import job.
  • Enter the following details and click Run Job.
"Dataset id" : "HL_raw_<username>"
"Job Name" : "HL_import_<username>"
"Description" : "Import data to healthlake"

  • Monitor the job under Import Jobs tab of the healthlake.
